How long does it take to build a website? +

Most sites take 2–3 weeks from the time you approve the scope document and pay the deposit. Larger or more complex projects may take 4 weeks. I'll give you a specific timeline before any work starts.

What do you need from me to get started? +

A quick conversation about your business, any photos or logos you have (I can work without them if needed), and the 50% deposit. That's it. I take care of the rest and check in with you throughout.

Do I have to pay for hosting every month? +

No. Your site is hosted on Netlify for free — no monthly fees. The only recurring cost is your domain name (~$12/year), which you pay directly to the registrar. There's no platform charging you $20/month just to stay live.

Can I update the website myself after it's built? +

You own the code. Simple text and image updates I'll handle for free in the first 30 days. After that, you can pay me an hourly rate for changes, or I can set you up with a simple way to edit content yourself depending on your needs.

What if I already have a website and just want a redesign? +

Redesigns are priced the same as new builds. I'll review your current site, keep what's working, and rebuild the rest from scratch — faster and cleaner.

Do you do SEO? +

Every site includes basic on-page SEO — proper title tags, meta descriptions, semantic HTML structure, and fast load times. I don't offer ongoing SEO campaigns, but the foundation will be solid from day one.

What's your payment structure? +

50% upfront before work begins, 50% when the site is ready to launch. I don't start building until I receive the deposit. No exceptions — it protects both of us.
